Class 2: Non U.S. Citizens Traveling to the United Sates:
Restriction: Class 2 individuals are not eligible for coverage if they have been residing in the U.S. for eighteen (18) consecutive months.
Option 1: 80% Coinsurance to $5,000, then 100% to Plan Maximum
Option 2: 100% Coinsurance to $2,500, then 80% to Plan Maximum
Eligible individuals may also purchase coverage for their eligible dependents. An eligible spouse shall be defined as the Primary insured's legal spouse. An Eligible Dependent Child shall mean the Primary Insured Person's unmarried child(ren) over fourteen (14) days and under nineteen (19) years of age.
Home Country is defined as: The country where You have Your true, fixed and permanent home and principal establishment.
The minimum Period of Coverage under the Liaison International Plan is five (5) days, maximum is six (6) months. Coverage can be purchased in a combination of monthly and/or daily periods by paying the appropriate Plan Cost.

Traveling to the United States:
If the applicant is traveling to, temporarily residing in, or visiting the United States.
Traveling Outside the United States:
If the applicant is traveling outside the United States.
This includes U.S. citizens traveling overseas as well as persons traveling between countries i.e., a Brazilian traveling to Spain.
Rates in the brochure are based on a $250 Deductible.
Other deductibles include: $0; $100; $250; $500; $1000; $2500
Liaison Majestic provides coverage for individuals and families (including unmarried dependent child(ren)) over 14 days and under 19 years of age) while traveling outside of their Home Country.
Home Country is defined as: The country where a covered person(s) has his/her true, fixed and permanent home and principal establishment.
The minimum period of coverage under the Liaison Majestic Plan is five (5) days, maximum is twelve (12) months . If you are traveling for a long period of time, please refer to "Continuing Coverage" section of the brochure.
